Are you an Australian company? We are an 100% Australian owned and operated family business. We are proudly based in Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia.
· Which delivery service do you use to ship orders? This depends on the delivery destination, as we use a combination of trusted freight partners to ship your order. Please visit our Shipping Information web page for more information.
· Will my order be packed well, and protected during transit? Your Umbrella purchase will be treated with the utmost care. All umbrella orders are packaged in a heavyweight corrugated cardboard box before being sent with our trusted freight partner.
· Can I pick up my order? At this stage, pick up is not available.
· What is your returns policy? Returns will only be accepted in the unlikely event that an item is faulty, in which case a full refund will be made for the cost of the item. Please see our Refund Policy web page and also our Warranty Policy web page for more information.
· How long after I place my order will I receive the item? Once an order has been placed, it normally takes around 2-3 hours to process your order and have it ready to be despatched. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier used to deliver your item. Please visit our Shipping Information web page for more information about shipping times.
· What if I entered the wrong shipping address? If you made an error when ordering your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2-3 hours of placing your order to rectify the delivery address. Requests to change the delivery address after 3 hours will not be accepted, as the item has more than likely already been despatched.
· Once I’ve placed an order can I cancel it? Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
· What do I do if I don’t receive an order confirmation email? Please check your junk/spam folder in the first instance if you do not receive an email confirmation of your order within 2 hours of placing it. If you cannot find a confirmation in those folders, please email us at email@example.com
